Do you struggle with low self-worth, feeling disconnected or feelings of overwhelm from trying to keep it all together? Has anxiety or depression started to impact your quality of life? If so, you are not alone. Life stressors and past trauma reshapes our perspectives, our relationships and how we respond to the world around us.
In our sessions I aim to find a balance of holding space to emotionally process difficult thoughts/feelings while also introducing helpful coping tools you can incorporate into your life to make things more manageable. If you find yourself feeling like you’re constantly pouring from an empty cup and would like to start filling up your own so that you can feel recharged and heal, then now is the time to reach out and start therapy.
Whether your struggles have been brought on by recent life changes or if they stem from past hurts and/or trauma, I will work with you on finding your hidden strengths and learning healthier ways to cope.
